GlobeCast kicked off it’s 3-year deal with the America’s Cup by providing an HD SNG in Cascais, Portugal from the 4th- 14th August for the first regatta of the season.

The deal will see GlobeCast providing an HD SNG/Flyaway stationed at all regatta locations during 2011-2013, and distributing the world feed to the Americas, Europe & Asia.

There will be 16 to 18 regattas during the three year period. The event culminates in the Louis Vuitton Cup & the 3rd Americas Cup in 2013.
