Paris, 24 April 2007 — Mr. DIDIER CHINCHILLA, after 6 (six) years of dedication and exercise of his position as CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of GLOBECAST HOLDING LTDA., appointed as such on 12/06/2001, who also worked as President Officer of Globecast do Brasil S/A, of France Telecom do Brasil Ltda. and of France Telecom América do Sul Ltda., left the company on 04/24/2007 in order to tread new professional paths.
