Job Overview:

As a Broadcast Solution Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in utilizing partner technology to devise and deliver solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. This role demands deep understanding of broadcast technologies, system integration, a strong background in solution architecture, and excellent collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect broadcast solutions that leverage our preferred partner technologies, aligning these solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.
2. Coordinate with technical and business teams to translate customer needs into functional and technical requirements.
3. Collaborate with partners to understand their technology, capabilities, and future developments.
4. Lead solution implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
6. Conduct comprehensive system assessments and post-implementation reviews to ensure the delivered solution meets the customer’s needs and identify areas for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and manuals.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in broadcast technology and partner solutions.
9. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and complies with company policies and regulations.
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in a team lead or management role
3. Deep understanding of broadcast industry standards and protocols, such as SMPTE, DVB, and MPEG
4. Good knowledge and experience with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and databases
5. Good understanding of container-based microservice development, architectures, and deployments.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.
8. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
