SINGAPORE, 13 september 2026, Television Content Analytics Pte Ltd (TVC), a Singapore-based deep-tech company specialising in sports technology, artificial intelligence and live broadcast innovation, today announced The Matrix, a next-generation remote production centre being developed in strategic collaboration with Globecast.

At its core, The Matrix brings together TVC’s proprietary AI-powered automated production technologies with flexible IP-based media infrastructure and cloud-enabled workflows. The facility is slated for technical commissioning and subsequent stringent validation trials, concluding in time for targeted commercial operations in October 2026.

Commenting on the launch, Saeed Izadi, CEO of TVC, said:

“The broadcast industry is undergoing a profound transformation. Clients are seeking expanded capabilities, greater agility, and higher production values at lower operational costs. The industry must fundamentally rethink how live content is captured, produced, and distributed. The Matrix was engineered precisely for that purpose. It is not constrained by a single production framework or legacy hardware model. Instead, it serves as a highly scalable platform supporting everything from automated PTZ setups to Tier-1, multi-camera live international sports events.

The Matrix embraces the entire spectrum of production technology from classic remote production and REMI workflows to surface-based control environments and cloud-native architectures. Whatever the creative or operational demand, our objective is simple: if a live broadcast requires it, The Matrix delivers it.”

The Matrix is designed to operate across the full spectrum of live production requirements, giving clients a highly flexible production environment. TVC’s technology stack also enables production to go beyond simply transmitting the event. The Matrix can generate real-time data and visual intelligence from live video, creating opportunities for enhanced storytelling.

The collaboration with Globecast in Singapore provides The Matrix with a strategic foundation within an established global broadcast and media infrastructure environment.

The partnership combines TVC’s software and intelligent production technologies with Globecast’s facilities and transport capabilities in Singapore. TVC builds and operates The Matrix; Globecast provides the environment it runs in — technical space and hosting inside its Singapore facilities, an on-site commentary booth, and connectivity across media networks, teleport infrastructure, fibre and hybrid cloud — backed by Globecast engineering and Master Control Room resources that TVC can draw on for commissioning and for live operations.

For acquisition and distribution, TVC relies on Globecast’s worldwide multi-network, orchestrated by Content Exchange. The platform unifies satellite, fibre, IP and cloud into one operating environment. Its role-segmented web portal gives rights owners, rights holders and local affiliates each their own view of the same live operation, with real-time content visibility and direct control over how content moves.

The outcome for live operations is measurable: higher network resilience, lower latency, and content moved at the lowest sustainable cost.

Izadi added:

“The future of live broadcast isn’t about choosing between software-defined broadcast, hardware, REMI, on-premise infrastructure or the cloud. It’s about having the ability to deploy all of them
intelligently, efficiently and precisely, depending on what each production requires. The Matrix is designed specifically to realize this vision for the future of broadcasting.”

Ms. Biliana Pumpalovic, Managing Director of Globecast Asia commented

“TVC brings the intelligence to the production. Globecast brings the facilities, the commentary booth, the international network and the specialist engineering and MCR resources underneath it. That combination puts premium live production within reach of organisations that could never build it alone.”
